NJ home inspections are not destructive. While a home inspection is certainly thorough you will not have to worry about repairs due to the inspector’s work. We will not be tearing your walls apart or putting holes in your ceilings to examine the wiring, plumbing, and structure of your home. An experienced New Jersey home inspector knows how to be thorough and how to complete a full exam without being invasive.
That being said, you as the home owner should do your part to make sure every part of your home is accessible, including the mechanical room, crawl spaces, and the attic or basement if you have one. If a home inspector can not get to a part of your home they certainly cannot inspect it.
